Today
Presently, Très Bon Salon boasts over 21 employees. Apprentices are hired and trained by Randy
St.Marie, and Christina Parson on
various types of haircuts and color processes before they are able to
work on the cutting floor. This is
an added
6-9 months of training after the initial hair
school is finished. They also train on perms, relaxers and general personal techniques as well. On- and off-site
classes are continually scheduled to keep all the employees up-to-date with the latest in fashion and styling.
